Christmas with the Lytles

Christmas Eve we all got to wear the pajama pants Grandma Lytle bought us. Brandon and Tim have Miller Lite, Kevin in the Budweiser, and Donovan in Sponge Bob. It was a true classy Walmart christmas ;) Diane, Gina and I all got cute blue fleecy pants. Thanks Diane!
I get to be on the couch... don't tell mom and dad, shhhh

Best present EVER! My very own cell phone!

Donovan and Zoey hangin out.

We traveled to California for a good old fashioned Lytle Family Christmas. It was great to have the whole family together. We got there on Tuesday, and Gina, Tim and Donovan got there on Wednesday. It was a fun filled week of hanging out, xmas celebrations, shopping, having fun with Dono, and making fun of Tim :) Donovan was such a cutie opening his xmas presents, and of course Auntie Dre and Unka B got his favorite gift ;)

It was fun to catch up and it was the first xmas in Cali since Kevin (Brandon's dad) got a job there a couple of years ago. It was hard being away from my mom, dad, and sisters, but I am so lucky to have been welcomed into such a great family that makes me feel so loved and at home! Muah!

Thanksgiving...

We had a great thanksgiving in Middleton with the Smith Family. It was so much fun and relaxing. Went out to the sport bowl one night and saw Ellen and Emily along with a ton of other middletonites... we really missed Krissy though!

Tula met Scruffy and Shelby's dog Cocoa. She thought Cocoa was a toy and they had to be separated at all times. Scruffy held her own and was the same old grumpy old woman (but I love her too). Of course I don't have many pictures, so I stole some from Gina's blog from Thanksgiving when Tula met her cousin Donovan (our nephew). He is the cutest lil guy EVER!!!

Lefse Bake... and a lil bit o Tula!

Hi Grandma!
Didder dock?

I love my Dad!

I haven't posted in quite a while... In November, a bunch of my mom's side of the family got together for the Strom annual Lefse bake. It started last year, and I actually got to participate this year. We had to make the potato mix the night before, and I did not have a potato masher (of course) so Brandon became my masher. He was pretty much sweating by the end of it... haha I'm waiting for some pics from my mom for this great event :)

This is also when my Mom first met Tula. Tutus was so happy to meet her grandma!!

Introducing Tula Louise Lytle!

Two weeks after we got married, we found out we were going to quickly become parents... of a puppy :)

Tula was born on July 31st and we picked her up on her 11 week birthday. She is a big newfoundland girl and we love her so much! She already weighs almost 40 pounds at 14 weeks and is quite a handful. Our mornings are a lot earlier (she wakes up at 5:30), but we are having so much fun raising our baby.

She is very lazy at times, lays down to eat and drink, needs treats to go on a walk which defeats the purpose of exercise, but also gets a bit of the crazys at certain times of the day and terrorizes the house. She has really loud smelly farts, so I guess she takes after her dad ;)

We are having a great time and are keeping very busy with our new lil lady.

Married Oct. 3rd, 2009!

I learned about family blogs through my new sister (in-law), Gina. I love hers and am addicted to checking it, so I thought it would be fun to create one for our new Lytle family. It's a great way for family and friends who we don't get to see or talk to as much as we would like to check out what we are up to and events in our lives :)

Brandon and I got married on October 3rd, 2009. We could not have asked for a better day. It was so much fun, and I can't believe it's over. We owe a lot to both of our parents for all the love and support they gave throughout the years... thank you Smith's and Lytle's!!! We had the best wedding party and so many friends and family to share our day with. I want to get married every year (and register every year ;))

Here are a few pictures from the wedding. The rest are available online at http://www.ptphotos.com/, wedding tab, view events, Smith-Lytle wedding. Then you just enter and email address and password which is andreaandbrandon. We love them!!!

We are very blessed to have such great families and friends and can't thank them enough!
